Our architectural design team
Matt Biddle - Director
Matt was brought up in Whangarei where his family owned and operated a supermarket, here he completed his schooling at Whangarei Boys
High School. From here he did his first year of Architectural Draughting at Whangarei Polytechnic. The second year saw Matt move to the Waikato Polytechnic where he finished his NZC in Architectural Draughting. The opportunity came available to work for Tri Panel Systems, in Huntly. Matt had a chance to join a design team in Tauranga where he became a partner in the company and a small housing business. Then realizing that he enjoyed the design concept more than the housing market, Matt took over Residential Design in 1999. Matt now has a fantastic team that he works with and still enjoys the challenge of creating new and innovating design.

Matt loves getting involved with the kids sports and activities and has a real interest in
jet skiing, all sports and loves being with his family.
